Berry Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 plant-based milk

  • Dash cinnamon

  • Dash pink salt

  • 1/4 tsp coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, blended

  • Fresh berries, nuts, and bee pollen for topping

 

Method

Place oats and almond milk in a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes. While oats are cooking place strawberries in a blender, and puree. Add pureed strawberries and coconut oil to the oats and stir until incorporated. Top cooked oats with fresh berries, figs, nuts, and bee pollen.
