Hi! I'm McCauley and I’m so glad you’re here!

If you’ve ever felt lost trying to figure out how your hormonal balance + nutrition are linked to your wellbeing, you’re not alone.

There is so much information out there which often makes it super overwhelming to understand what is best for you.

Like...

  • Why hormonal imbalances *matter*, and what you can actually do about it

  • Which types of food can support your unique body and hormones

  • How much you need to prioritize your nutrition to do all of the above

  • What to eat, when to eat it, and how to cook it — without drowning in endless recipe blogs

Here’s the good news: I’ve been there too —

And I can chart a stress-free path forward to help you find your rhythm with eating well and feeling balanced in your skin.

Using the power of plant-based foods, self-care tips, and holistic practices, I help women like you cultivate a healthy relationship with food that prioritizes your needs, hormones, and performance to set you up for a lifestyle that truly nourishes you!

Food is my love language!

Cooking and feeding others nourishing and delicious food is how I express myself and care for people. My approach to health is focusing on whole, unprocessed, vibrant, and healthful foods. I’ve been lucky enough to turn my passion for food and cooking into my career. As a wellness-focused and health-supportive chef, I pride myself on using the highest quality ingredients possible. This is important because I’ve experienced first-hand when incorporating high-quality, nutrient-dense ingredients into my diet I feel and perform at my best.

 My story!

At the age of 18, I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic ovarian syndrome). I lost my period, struggled with anxiety, depression, digestion issues, and learning disabilities. My doctors told me I would have to be on medication and might not be able to have children one day. That really scared me and looking back, it was a blessing in disguise. It forced me to look deeper into myself, take my health into my own hands and become my own advocate.

I decided to study holistic nutrition and culinary arts at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. Using a “food as medicine” approach, along with lifestyle and mindset changes, I was able to heal my body. While I was on my healing journey, I discovered my passion for holistic health, wellness, and food!

Over the course of my career thus far, I’ve been blessed with opportunities to work alongside and consult with industry leaders including functional doctors, chefs, food stylists, photographers, and like-minded wellness entrepreneurs. I’ve traveled to and cooked in professional kitchens, private homes, and even yachts all around the world.

As a women’s holistic health coach and wellness chef, I support my clients on their unique health and wellness journey. I serve as a guide and support system as you make the transition into a more balanced and healthier version of yourself!
