Chocolate Banana Bread

Happy Valentine’s Day! I made this Chocolate Banana Bread for my loved ones It’s gluten-free and vegan!

Ingredients


•3 ripe bananas, smashed
•1 Tbsp vanilla extract
•2 Tbsp tocos
•2 Tbsp ground flax seed
•3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
•1/4 cup coconut sugar
•1/4 c maple syrup
•3 1/2 tsp baking powder
•1/4 tsp sea salt
•1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
•1 cup plant-based milk, I use coconut
•1 1/4 c hazelnut flour
•1 1/4 c coconut flour
•1 1/4 c gluten-free rolled oats
•1/2 c walnuts, chopped
•1 chocolate bar, I use hu kitchen hazelnut butter dark chocolate, chopped

Method

Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees F and grease the loaf pan with coconut oil.

Smash the bananas in a large bowl and mix in vanilla, tocos, flaxseed, coconut oil.
Then add coconut sugar, maple syrup, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, and plant-based milk until well incorporated.

Next, add hazelnut flour, coconut flour, rolled oats, walnuts, and chocolate.

Garnish the top by slicing a banana in half and pressing it into the loaf. Bake for 45 minutes – 1 hour. Let it cool for 10- 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
