Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
This blueberry smoothie bowl is my go-to’s! It’s super easy, delicious, and packed with nutrients!
Ingredients
1 cup hemp milk or another plant-based milk of your choice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 c frozen zucchini or cauliflower
1/2 avocado
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
1 handful of spinach
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well incorporated. Then top with fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds!
