Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

This blueberry smoothie bowl is my go-to’s! It’s super easy, delicious, and packed with nutrients!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp milk or another plant-based milk of your choice

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 c frozen zucchini or cauliflower

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well incorporated. Then top with fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds!
